# What I'm doing now: Iñaki Fuentes

> Now boarding · Updated 13 October 2026 · Palma de Mallorca

A snapshot of what has my attention at this point in my life. Inspired by the [/now movement](https://nownownow.com/about).

## In flight

### eVoost AI

Since Jan 2026 · EU–UAE · In flight

Partner and CTO, working between the European Union and the United Arab Emirates.

### Fliinow

Since Nov 2025 · Palma · In flight

Co-founder. Buy now, pay later infrastructure for the travel industry: one integration, every travel BNPL provider.

### Founders

Since 2020 · In flight

Advisor, mentor and partner for tech and travel startups: strategy, scaling and fundraising.

## Just landed

- **Apr 2023 – Sep 2026**: Three and a half years as COO of Travelgate, which is now part of Travelsoft. Quonversa, the company I co-founded, had joined Travelgate in 2023.

## Learning

- **UEFA C**: Back to school, on the pitch: the UEFA C coaching diploma, October 2026 to March 2027.
- **AI**: Practical LLM and agent use for support, pricing and transactional flows.
- **Systems**: Simplify structures, align teams, reduce operational debt.

## Off duty

- **Training**: Consistency over intensity, logged on [Strava](https://www.strava.com/athletes/1980963).
- **Reading**: A mix of sci-fi, strategy and leadership.
- **Writing**: Long-form notes on the [blog](https://ifuentes.net/blog/) (in Spanish): leadership, technology, eVoost, Fliinow and the personal side.

## Priorities

1. **Foundation**: Family and health: the non-negotiable foundation.
2. **Build**: Build eVoost AI and Fliinow: ship, learn, scale.
3. **Founders**: Be useful to the founders I work with. Less theatre, more execution.
4. **Curiosity**: Stay curious and keep learning.
